A Forward-Thinking Leader

Nhan has had quite a nomadic life, having spent his early childhood years in Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines.  As adult, he has worked, lived, and studied in United States, Puerto Rico, France, Czechia, and  Denmark, as of 2023.

Nhan is currently Head of Engineering & Product at ATLANT 3D in Denmark, where he is responsible for building, and scaling up innovation, product engineering, and manufacturing capabilities for the development and commercialization of breakthrough nano-scale AI-aided additive manufacturing systems.  A mechanical engineer with an MIT MBA, Nhan has a strong track record of delivering customer value and business growth through excellence in the execution of technology and innovation programs.

His experience spans multiple industries: deep tech, medical devices, defense (aerospace), commercial aviation (aerospace) and energy.  He has led technology development portfolios for the advancement of leading edge nanofabrication, micro-manufacturing, 2D/3D carbon fiber composites material, additive material, aerostructures (e.g. fuselage, wing, etc.), propulsion systems (e.g. nacelle, pylon, strut, thrust reverser, etc.), fighter jet engines, and gas turbines for power generation.

His leadership philosophy focuses on developing capable, efficient, and sustainable teams, as well as developing more confident leaders.  He catalyzes the synergy of people, process, and product to create a harmonious whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.
